Devlog #3 – Demo and Kickstarter Release!
🎉 Demo is Out + Kickstarter is Live! 🚀
Hi everyone!
I’m beyond excited to share two huge updates about my game: the demo is now live for you to play, and my Kickstarter campaign has officially launched! This has been a solo passion project, and I can’t wait for you to finally experience it!
About the Demo
The demo gives you a sneak peek into the game I’ve been working on, showcasing the gameplay, narrative, and the world I’ve been crafting from scratch. Your feedback will mean the world to me—it’ll help me refine and shape the game as I move forward, so don’t hesitate to share your thoughts!
Support Me on Kickstarter
To bring this game to its full potential, I’ve launched a Kickstarter campaign. By backing the project, you’re directly supporting its development, and I’ve put together some exciting rewards for you—things like early access, exclusive in-game content, and even opportunities to contribute creatively to the project.

- Expand and deepen the game world.
- Polish and enhance the gameplay.
- Improve visuals and sound design.
- Invest in tools and resources to bring this vision to life.
A Quick Thanks in Advance 💖
I’m just starting to build an audience for this project, so every bit of support—whether it’s playing the demo, backing the Kickstarter, or even sharing the game with a friend—means a ton to me. I truly appreciate anything you can do to help get the word out. Thanks so much for checking this out, and I hope you enjoy what I’ve made so far! Let’s make something amazing together.
Let’s make this dream a reality—together.
Stay tuned for more updates, and I hope you love what I’ve made so far!

As much as the story does give a good taste, I feeling that your Kickstarter is a bit ambitious in you're amount. However in case you don't meet those goals are you prepared to do this in the long haul with a smaller budget? (I do not know the normal amounts for creating VN)
One thing I'll note is in regards of the voice acting, not that it is bad or anything like that. I personally find it jarring when I'm reading text so I have Voice disabled.
In regards of the characters you've got quite a well-rouned bunch, which includes my personal biases for some characters.
(Note)
I would like to emphasise I did enjoy the read so far and I'm looking forward to seeing where you go with this story, and I believe that is a good chance once you start making update beyond the demo you will fine interest rise further.
Good luck and congratulations on taking one step of many.
Hi! Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment and for taking the time to share your impressions! It means a lot to hear that you enjoyed the story and are looking forward to where it might go.
Regarding the Kickstarter goal, I completely understand how it might seem ambitious at first glance. However, compared to similar visual novels, the goal is actually quite modest. For instance, comparable projects like Full Service and Royal Order had goals of $20,000 and $12,000, respectively, while my project is aiming for just $6,000.
This amount is the absolute bare minimum needed to cover essential costs like taxes, voice acting, music, programming, minigames, writing, and especially art. Game development is an incredibly resource-intensive process, and I've worked hard to keep the budget as lean as possible without compromising on quality.
As for the voice acting, I appreciate you sharing your perspective. It's great to hear that you enjoyed the game with voice acting turned off—preferences like these are why I wanted to make the experience flexible for players. My goal is for everyone to connect with the story in their own way, and it’s awesome to see that worked for you.
Lastly, this demo serves as a snapshot of what the full game could become if the Kickstarter reaches its goal. In the event that the campaign falls short, I’ll provide updates through a future devlog to keep everyone informed about any potential plans for the project moving forward (If I plan to continue development).
Thank you again for your support and encouragement. It means the world, and I’m grateful for your good wishes as I take these first steps in bringing this story to life. Take care, and I hope you’ll keep following along!

I liked the game but it was very short... and I didnt get to taste these mechanics, still I liked a lot! Congrats!
Glad you enjoyed it! The Demo is really short compared to the rest of the game (around an hour of gameplay!) If the game gets funded there will be way more depth to some of the game mechanics like the Item system! Right now this was just a tiny taste of what's to come!
Thanks for playing!
I have a doubt on kickstart, is it a monthly payment or just once?
Just once! And also, if the kickstarter doesn't meet the monetary goal you will get your money back in it's entirety!
So I am doing it now... :D I am sure you will be successful!
Thanks! :D
